Additional Requirements

Film Studies
- At the end of Year 1 an overall average mark of 60 or above is required in the taught component and a pass mark of 70 in the research proposal in order to continue to the research phase of the iPhD programme (Part 2).
- All taught modules in Years 2 and 3 must be passed with an average mark of 60 or above.
- Candidates who pass the taught part of the programme but fail to achieve the pass mark for the research proposal may be permitted to undertake supervised research for a Master's dissertation for the award of the MA, provided they have met the requirements of the University’s regulations for Postgraduate Master’s Programmes.
