Requesting hard copies
Material which is published and accessed from our website will be provided free of charge.
Information is available in hard copy on request. The University reserves the right to charge for photocopying, postage and packing or the costs directly incurred as a result of viewing information.
Charges for hard copies
If a charge is to be made, confirmation of the payment due will be given before the information is provided. Payment may be requested prior to provision of the information.
Any charges, payable in advance, will normally be calculated on a basis of £4+postage for the first 15 pages plus an additional 25p for each additional page requested.
