YEAR 1 - 8 course units

Semester I
STAT1001, STAT1003
+ 1 course unit from School of Social Sciences or any other School's lists.

Semester II
STAT1002, STAT1009
+ 3 course units from School of Social Sciences or any other School's lists

At least 1 course unit in Economics and at least 1course unit in Sociology & Social Policy must be selected in year 1.

YEAR 2 - 8 course units

Semester I
STAT2001, STAT2003

Semester II
STAT2002, STAT2004 , STAT2009

Both Semesters
+ 3 further course units from the School of Social Sciences or any other School's lists to include at least 1 course unit from STAT2006, STAT2015, STAT2017 and STAT2018

Not more than 4 course units in total may be taken from STAT2006/3007, STAT2015/3016, STAT2017/3018, STAT2018/3019 in years 2 and 3.

YEAR 3 - 8 course units

Semester I
STAT3008

Semester II
STAT3005

Both Semesters
+ 4 further course units from the School of Social Sciences or any other School's lists to include at least 1 course unit from STAT3007, STAT3016, STAT3018, STAT3019
+ EITHER STAT3006 (2 course units) in Semester I
OR STAT3022 in Semester I and II
STAT3023 Project (2 course units in Semester II).

Not more than 4 course units in total may be taken from STAT2006/3007, STAT2015/3016, STAT2017/3018, STAT2018/3019 in years 2 and 3.

Some Social Statistics course units correspond between years 2 and 3. Students having taken such a course unit in year 2 may not take the corresponding course unit in year 3. The corresponding course units are as follows: STAT2005/3004, STAT2006/3007, STAT2008/3011, STAT2015/3016, STAT2017/3018, STAT2018/3019.
