On occasion, programmes can be exempted from one or more of the clauses in the General Academic Regulations, or one or more of the clauses can be varied.

- Variations are characterised by the replacement of the clause with alternative wording.

Progression, Determination and Classification of Results: Standalone Masters Programmes |
MSc Actuarial Science
A student who fails, after the application of Compensation, may take Referral assessments in failed modules totalling not more than 15 ECTS (30 CATS), excluding the case study modules MATH6xxx Case Study 1 and MATH6yyy Case Study 2. A candidate failing to achieve the Pass Mark in one or both of MATH6xxx or MATH6yyy may submit a revised Case Study on one occasion only. The mark for a re-submitted Case Study will be Capped at the Module Pass Mark. |
