In accordance with Ordinance 2.12.1(3) the Chair of Council and the President and Vice-Chancellor are ex-officio members of every Committee of the Council.

Extract from the Standing Orders of Council, September 2012 (Standing Order 20):

‘The quorum for each committee, board or sub-committee of the Council or joint committees of Council and Senate shall be not less than one third of the total number of members, plus one.’
