Congregations for the conferring of degrees or other purposes shall be held in a manner prescribed by Ordinance and shall be presided over by the Chancellor. In the absence of the Chancellor one of the following: the Pro-Chancellors, the Vice-Chancellor, the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellors or the Pro Vice-Chancellors shall preside at Congregation. |
