Crisis Management Planning Committee
Terms of reference
- To determine what the University's control plan or strategy will be in the event of a major incident.
- To define the level of crisis (ranging from "business as usual" to major disruption of business.
- To have authority to manage the response to the crisis.
- To ensure delivery of agreed policy.
- To be the central co-ordination point for the University.
- To initiate and ensure full communication, internally and externally.
- To have open channel reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and UEG.
