Joint University/SUHT Estates Planning Committee

Terms of reference
  1. To carry out strategic planning of the SUHT estate relating to the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences activities. This will include:

    1. Monitoring of the lease of the School of Nursing & Midwifery.
    2. Monitoring of the lease of the School of Medicine.
    3. Monitoring of the Joint User Agreement.
    4. Special capital projects development.
    5. Long-term maintenance.


  2. To report to the Joint Strategic Planning Committee as well as to the structures of the two organisations.
