1. The Council shall from time to time appoint a Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council and a Treasurer who shall hold office for three years from appointment but shall not normally hold office for more than six years.
   

    

2. The Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Council and the Treasurer may resign by writing addressed to the Secretary of the Council.
