  1. The Pro-Chancellors shall be appointed by the Council after consultation with the Senate.

     

  2. The Pro-Chancellors shall hold office for three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment but shall not normally hold office for more than nine years.

     

  3. A Pro-Chancellor may resign by writing addressed to the Secretary of the Council.
