  1. The Chancellor shall be appointed by the Court on the nomination of the Council in accordance with procedures prescribed by Ordinance.

     

  2. The Chancellor shall hold office for five years and shall be eligible for re-appointment.

     

  3. The Chancellor may resign by writing addressed to the Secretary of the Court.
