Congregations for the conferring of degrees or other purposes shall be held in a manner prescribed by Ordinance and shall be presided over by the Chancellor. In the absence of the Chancellor one of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellors or the Deputy Vice-Chancellors shall preside at Congregation.
