1. An Annual General Meeting of the Court shall be held within fifteen months of the preceding meeting at such day and hour as shall be determined by the Council.
   

    

2. An Extraordinary Meeting of the Court may be held at such day and hour as may be determined by the Council.
   

    

3. Notice of each Annual General Meeting shall be sent by the Secretary of the Court to all members of the Court at least fourteen days before the date of such Meeting. Copies of the Statement of Accounts and Annual Report referred to in Section 15 above shall likewise be sent to all members of the Court by the Secretary at least fourteen days before the date of the Meeting.
