Terms of Reference
  1. To carry out strategic planning of the SUHT estate relating to the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences activities. This will include:

    1. Monitoring of the lease of the School of Nursing & Midwifery.
    2. Monitoring of the lease of the School of Medicine
    3. Monitoring of the Joint User Agreement
    4. Special capital projects development
    5. Long-term maintenance


  2. To report to the Joint Strategic Planning Committee as well as to the structures of the two organisations.
