Level 2

Students are required to study 8 units as follows:

1. Students must choose 4 Core units which are compulsory:
   KJ200 Censorship and Society
   KJ201 Gender Struggles - from fin de siécle to the 1960s
   KJ202 City and Countryside
   KJ203 Research Methods in the Humanities
   
   
2. Students must choose at least 2 units from the following:

   KE209 British Fiction 1880-1940
   KE211 Black & Post-colonial Literature
   KE213 Themes in 19th Century American Literature
   KE215 Women Writers of the 1960s and 1970s
   KE216 Children's Literature
   
   
3. If Students have not already chosen 8 units, they must choose the rest from the following:

Level 3

Students are required to study 8 units as follows:
