Section 25: University Examinations


  1. The Examinations for the Degrees Diplomas and Certificates of the University shall be conducted jointly by such of the members of the Teaching Staff of the University or of its affiliated Institutions as may in that behalf be appointed under the powers hereinbefore mentioned and by external and independent Examiners.

  2. All matters respecting the subjects time and mode of the Examinations and respecting the Degrees and distinctions to be conferred by the University shall be provided for by Ordinances or Regulations made thereunder.
