1. In the first year (Part I) eight subjects will be studied and examined as follows:

   Semester one:

   AM103, an approved Economics unit and an approved Quantitative Methods unit, option from Social Sciences list (AM101 may be taken).

   Semester two:

   AM106, either AM104, or AM102 (if AM101 taken), an approved Economics unit, an approved Quantitative Methods unit.

2. Year 2 (revised regulations may apply from 2002/3)

   Semester one:

   AM201, AM207, EC221, EC225

   Semester two:

   EC222, two units from: AM202, AM208, AM222, AM228, or one unit from this list and one from EC list, one unit from Social Sciences list (including AM and EC).

3. Year 3

   Semester one:

   EC363

   Semester two:

   EC366

   Both semesters: one and only one unit from EC362, EC367, EC368

   2 units from AM302, AM305, AM308, AM311, AM312, AM315, AM318, AM319, AM322, AM323, AM327, AM328, AM329, AM331, ST304
   1 unit from approved Social Science list (including AM and EC).
   Dissertation/Project (two units AM/EC398/399) or Contemporary Problems Paper (one unit) (AM/EC390). If AM390 is taken a further AM unit, if EC390 is taken a further EC unit.
