1. Course Requirements
   A-level Spanish or equivalent.

2. Unit courses
   Year 1:not available as from 1.10.01 (see Spanish and Latin American Studies, post-A level)
   Year 2: SP194 or SP195, 6 SP units. Up to 2 SP units may be replaced by ML units
   Year 3: SP399 (project)
   Year 4: SP196 or SP197, 6 SML units including at least 4 SP units

3. Special requirements
   Year 3 will be spent abroad. (Part-time students will normally be expected to spend a total of 3 months in a country where the language is spoken nationally).
