1. Course Requirements
   A-level German or equivalent.

2. Unit courses
   Year 1: GE193 or GE194; one set of ML/GE linked units (2 in total); PL109,PL112, PL116, PL117
   Year 2: GE194 or GE195, PL267, PL210, 4 SML/PL units including at least 1 GE unit
   Year 3: Investigate Project (German)
   Year 4: Dissertation in either Philosophy (PL399) or German (GE399); GE196 or GE197; PL301, 3SML/PL units including at least 1 GE unit and 1 PL unit.

3. Special requirements
   Year 3 will be spent abroad.
